Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Gauteng: 2–5 business days

• Major cities: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary because of factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at checkout. Drip Archive cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure fast delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery times.
